Hyundai Genesis Coupé 2012
Hyundai ya puede decir misa, porque la foto filtrada del Genesis Coupé que publicábamos el pasado viernes no tiene nada de montaje, y para que lo veas todavía más claro, aquí tienes las últimas fotos espía del deportivo de tracción trasera del fabricante surcoreano, sorprendido desde todos los ángulos y hasta con las puertas abiertas para tu disfrute. Francamente, lo mejor que podría hacer Hyundai es dejar la pantomima y lanzar el álbum oficial cuanto antes, porque pequeña será la sorpresa que nos quiera dar el próximo 12 de noviembre en el Korea Speed Festival.
Durante las filtraciones habéis discutido mucho en los comentarios sobre si es un avance o un retroceso frente al modelo pre-restyling, y lo cierto es que no es para menos considerando la profundidad de los cambios. Personalmente he de confesar que el Genesis Coupé nunca me gustó demasiado en lo estético, básicamente porque me parecía un coche con muy poco carácter para el segmento en el que milita, así que recibo con los brazos abiertos la enorme bocaza del Veloster pese a las críticas de los fieles al diseño original. Coincido tal vez en que las tomas del capó son un poco ridículas (especialmente si son para el 2.0 turbo), pero en general, me parece un rediseño muy acertado, especialmente si nos fijamos en que el Toyota FT-86 y el Subaru BRZ serán sus rivales a batir.
